Ann Williams, CPA is a native Houstonian. Her corporation, Ann E. Williams, PC, has been in business since 2008 but Ann has been practicing as a sole practitioner since 1994. Prior to starting her own business, Ann worked for one of the largest gas transmission companies in the world as a Senior Internal Auditor where she was responsible for managing and conducting large audit engagements. She also has worked in the Big 4 arena with KPMG in the external audit group for 3 years, and 1 year in the litigation group.

She recently completed courses at Rice University Glassock School of Continuing Education in conjunction with Dalton Education to obtain her Certified Financial Planner designation in March 2012.
Ann has over 20 years of solid accounting and financial management experience. Specifically, her experience in tax, bookkeeping, financial accounting, business start up, governmental and not-for-profit accounting, warehouse/inventory management, asset management, payroll management, and audit will be instrumental in the operations and continuous improvement efforts of any organization or individual financial and estate planning process.
Ann is actively involved in her church and community and has served diligently in the following capacities: PTA Treasurer, Neighborhood Representative, JEWELs Educator and Marriage Ministry Coordinator. She recently completed an assignment in the Middle Schools in the Houston Area teaching children age 11-13 Money Management skills. Ann is currently a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Woman’s Society of CPA, Pearland Chamber of Commerce, Houston Citizen’s Chamber of Commerce and is a Quickbooks Proadvisor.
